1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp fish sauce

1/4 cup hot water

2 tbsp sugar

1 lime – juiced

1 tsp garlic – minced

1 tsp red chili paste
How To Make sweet chili dipping sauce

1Combine the rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, hot water, sugar, lime juice, garlic and chili paste in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into bowls and serve.
