Ingredients

10 oz
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz
water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
mayonnaise
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
diced pimiento

Step-By-Step

1Squeeze moisture from the spinach.
2Blend with remaining ingredients.
3Chill for several hours or overnight.
4Serve with crackers, corn chips or pita chips.
