This is a recipe that was combined from several different recipes. It's easy and always crowd pleaser! If you don't want it spicy use sweet italian sausage.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground hot italian sausage. browned, crumbled and drained.
2 lb
block of velveeta, cubed
8 oz
package cream cheese, cubed
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 tsp
basil, dried
2 tsp
garlic powder
1 can(s)
original ro-tel, drained
1/4 c
beer

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook and drain sausage, stir in all seasonings. Add to crock pot.

Add remaining ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low until cheeses have melted.

After cheeses are melted and ingredients combined turn crock pot on warm. Serve with chips or toast rounds.
