I found this in a school cookbook that they did as a fund raiser. They sounded good so I thought I would give them to you.

Ingredients

5 large
ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
4 clove
garlic, finely chopped
1 medium
tomato,chopped
1/4 c
lime juice
1/2 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
