I got this recipe from a friend of mine after a gathering we had. Reading the recipe, it doesn't sound all that good, BUT, it is delicious. I made a double batch for a party and it was gone in no time!

Ingredients For shoe peg corn dip

1 canshoe peg corn, (not creamed) drained

1/2 csour cream

3/4 cmayonnaise

1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

1/2onion, chopped

jalapeno, chopped (1/4 to 1 cup-depending on your taste)
How To Make shoe peg corn dip

1Drain corn. Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
