Shelly's Ultimate Guacamole
red ripened tomato finely diced
white onion very finely diced
Peel avocados and place in mixing bowl. Set aside one avocado pit, you will put the pit in the center of the finished product to reduce browning.
Mash with a potato masher until semi-mashed.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir together.
Once evenly mixed, mash once again with masher to desired texture.
Place in a clean dish add the avocado pit and garnish with two tortilla chips and serve!
