this recipie came from my mom, she use to make this for cookouts or just because. It is really good and is very simple to make.

Ingredients For sausage cheese dip

1 boxlarge box of velveeta cheese

1 lbbulk sausage cooked (italian, or hot)

2 canmild green chili's
-
1/4 cmilk

1 smtomato (diced)
How To Make sausage cheese dip

1cook sausage until well done. Cut velveeta cheese into small chunks, put into a small crockpot turn on low. Add milk and green chili's (do not drain), add diced tomato,and sausage. let cook until melted on low. stir occasionally. Serve with scoop frito's or corn chips. Dip and enjoy.
