Salsa and cream cheese dip
as many as needed
salsa whatever your preference just make sure its about 16 oz
1unwrap cream cheese put into a large mixing bowl
2dump salsa into bowl and start mixing. Will look soupy at first but just keep mixing with an electric mixer until it's a thick consistency.
3You can either eat it right then ( I even lick the beaters lol) or let it chill. Serve with taco chips. Also good on tacos and burritos and any Mexican dish.
