- 6 medium shallots, unpeeled
- 3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 cup liberté greek plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons chives, bunch

How To Make roasted shallot yogurt dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Toss shallots & garlic in olive oil on a baking sheet. Bake until soft, about 20 - 30 minutes. Cool, then peel.

Step 3Finely chop & mix with yogurt, 3 tbsp chives & salt. Garnish with more chives.
