Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

- whole organic greek yogurt
- 1 c
- organic almond butter or cashew, or peanut butter
- a pinch of sugar
- fresh fruit sliced organic bananas, strawberries, apples, peaches, nectarines, pears, any fruit you like
- sliced organic jicama, celery, carrots, any vegetable you like
1Mix the yogurt and nut butter together till well blended in a ice cold bowl. Chill slightly. Serve with sliced fruit and/or sliced vegetables.
