PB & Yogurt Dip/Spread

I make this all the time for the kids and they eat it right up. We dip fruit in it, spread it on oatmeal cookies to make cookie sammies, even freeze it into yummy yogurt pops or make smoothies out of it! I always have a container in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 c
vanilla or greek yogurt
1/3 c
creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp
honey
tiny sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine ingredients and mix until completely blended. I typically use a hand held mixer to make sure it is done well and quickly.

Serve with fruit to dip, as a spread, or like I catch the kids doing - eat it with a spoon lol. Refrigerate any leftovers.
