Cut up the Velveeta in one inch cubes and put into crock pot. Next, open both the chili and tomatoes with chilies and dump all the contents into the crock pot. Set crock pot on high, stirring occasionally until Velveeta is melted.
Tip: This works a lot better if you have a crock pot that has a removable bowl. You can cut up the Velveeta into cubes and then microwave it by itself to help speed up the process.
