Parsley Hummus Dip
This is an easy compliment to the summer table. I usually make a double or triple recipe because it goes so quickly.
You can keep this as a dip or a family favorite is to smother grilled chicken.
I have also used with homemade pretzels as a condiment...I believe it's better than a spicy mustard. :)D.

- 15 oz
- can of garbanzo beans
- 1/4 c
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 2 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice
- 2 clove
- 1/2 c
- fresh parsley
1Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
2Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender except parsley. Blend until smooth.
3Add parsley, pulse until smooth. Serve in bowl with warmed pita bread and/or cut vegetables.
