No-cook pizza sauce

6 oz tomato paste
3/4 c
1/3 c
extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp
dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 clove
grarlic, crushed

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Makes enough for 2 pizzas. This is also a great dip for breadsticks. Makes a quick spaghetti sauce too. We love it because it is so easy and bright tasting. Add more black pepper or less garlic...what ever your taste is.
Thin out with a bit more water and use as a dipping sauce for cocktail meatballs.
