This recipe is the easiest "meal" ever. It is so hearty you can serve it as a meal. I discovered this on day when I was broke and this is what I had in my pantry I also had two small children that were hungry. I had made pinto beans the night before, and I put them in this as well, I mashed them up. That's good as well. Enjoy

    onion (diced)
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste

How To Make monday night football dip

  • 1
Brown Ground Beef and onions until fully cooked, add garlic powder, salt and pepper, drain and set aside.
  • 2
Cube Cheese in a microwave safe bowl pour rotel tomatoes on top add chili powder, microwave on high until creamy, watch it closly, and stir often to prevent burning. When cheese sauce is smooth and creamy, add the ground beef mixture into the mixture stir to incorporate everything. I preferr the Frito Lay Scoops with this dip, but any chip that you like will do. I also leave out the chili powder sometimes, I also do not use salt in this recipe either, I feel the cheese has enough. Play with this recipe, it's hard to mess up. Enjoy.
