2 pkg	crawfish tails
1 1/2	red bell pepper chopped up
2 clove	garlic chopped
1 qt	heavy cream
1 pkg	shredded cheese
1 Tbsp	garlic powder
1 tsp	red pepper
1/2 stick	butter

my kids even love this and they are picky, but i love anything with crawfish! a southern fav.

Directions

saute butter,garlic and bell pepper in medium saucepan 5 min

add heavy cream and crawfish tails until boiling.

stir in whole bag of shredded cheese and seasonings. cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
