ketchup
2 1/2 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
2 1/2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
dry sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp
white sugar
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
ground ginger

Combine the ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic powder, and ginger in a microwave-safe coffee mug or glass measuring cup.

Stir well with a fork and microwave on high for 1 minute.
