Low-fat spinach and artichoke dip

When i first made this, all I could think was WOW! this is yummy!!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter
1
8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese
1 tsp
minced garlic
1
6 oz pkg baby spinach leaves
1
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped.
1/2 c
lite sour cream
1/2 c
reduced fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
ground red peppper

Step-By-Step

1In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.
2Add cream cheese and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 min, or until cheese is melted.
3Stir in spinach, cook until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies.
