Ingredients

6 large
roma tomatoes
5 clove
garlic
4 large
jalapenos
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
yellow onions; chopped
1/2 tsp
cumin; ground

Step-By-Step

1Cut tomatoes into 1/2" slices, peel and crush garlic cloves, seed jalapenos and cut into quarter inch slices, chop cilantro and include 1" of stem, chop onion.
2Put all ingredients into pot and add salt and cumin.
Simmer slow for 45 minutes until all ingredients are cooked and tomatoes are stewed.
3Cool mixture and blend in food processor till pureed.
