| 3 to 4 tsp | prepared horseradish |
| 2 clove | garlic |
| 2 Tbsp | chives, chopped |
| 1/4 c | lemon juice, fresh |
| 1/2 Tbsp | lemon zest |
| pinch | kosher or coarse sea salt |
| pinch | freshly ground black pepper |

Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.Notes:
1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food
