Very easy & always a hit! Especially with teenagers who are notoriously "picky"! This mixture is also great as a "cheeseburger" on small dinner / cocktail rolls. Put them together & put rolls back in the pan. Freeze until ready to serve. Heat from freezer (covered with foil) @ 325 for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients For hamburger dip

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef (browned)
  • 1 lb
    velvetta (cubed)
  • 8-16 oz
    pace picante sauce
  • 10 oz
    bag of scoops tortilla chips

How To Make hamburger dip

  • 1
    Brown ground beef & mix with cubed Vevetta. Add picante sauce & stir. Heat in 1.5 quart crock pot until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips & enjoy!
