Ingredients

3
avacados
1/4 c
finely diced onion
1
roma tomato
1 1/2 tsp
minced garlic
1
lime, juiced
1 Tbsp
cilantro
1 pinch
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1remove flesh from the avacados and put into mixing bowl. Cut/mash to desired consistancy. I like mine with a bit of texture.
2juice lime over avacado. Add all other ingredients and mix together.
3serve with chips and salsa and enjoy. Look for my tex mex burger recipe for a great way to enjoy this!!! Soo yummy!!
