DirectionsCook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels. Reserve 3 tbsp bacon drippings. Chop all into bits & reserve 3 chopped slices for garnish.In food processor, pulse chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic & bacon drippings until smooth.Add 5 slices bacon, water,1/2 scallions, salt & pepper; pulse until combined.Garnish with remaining bacon & scallions.
