Festive Pumpkin Dip

I made this recipe and took it into work and it was a big hit. No one knew until the dip was gone what it was made with. No one guessed it was pumpkin! I've made this several times for family gatherings. We all love it served with corn chips or scoops. Give your favorite cracker a try with this dip.

cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c
cooked or canned pumpkin
2 or 3 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix (add to your taste)
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/3 c
chopped dried beef or ground up pepperoni
1/3 c
finely chopped green pepper
1/3 c
finely chopped red pepper
1/4 c
finely diced green onions
raw vegetables, crackers, or corn chips-favorite

Directions Step-By-Step

In a mixing bowl , beat cream cheese, pumpkin, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in beef, peppers, green onion and olives. Olives are opt., some people don't care for them. Cover and refridgerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers, vegetables or my favorite corn chips & scoops.
