Ingredients

1 pkg
spinach, frozen
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts (or jar)
1/4 c
mayonaise
1/4 c
sour cream
1 c
parmesan cheese
1 c
pepper jack cheese , shredded
salt/pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1defrost Spinach, squeeze all the liquid out, drain the artichoke hearts and cut up small.

2in a large bowl...combine ingredients, pour onto a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20mins...or until nice and golden brown and bubbly.

3let cool , serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers
