Creamy Chorizo Dip

- 1 lb
- chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium)
- 1 pkg
- softened cream cheese, 8 oz
- 4 clove
- garlic, minced (optional)
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c
- buffalo sauce or chipotle tabasco (i usually use 4 oz each)
1Cook chorizo in skillet until no longer pink (if you haven't worked with chorizo, be sure to remove the casing..I basically squeeze it into the pan out of the package. it will cook the same way ground meat cooks). Drain
2place chorizo, and all ingredients back into the skillet and continuously stir until cheese is all melted and everything is mixed together.
3Serve warm with tortilla chips!
