How To Make creamy cheesy leek dip

In standing mixer, beat 1 C cream until stiff peaks form, 2 - 3 minutes.

Meanwhile in another medium bowl, combine the yogurt, soup mix & cheese; fold in whipped cream. If too thick, then add 1 - 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp at a time, if needed. Fold to combine.

Cover & refrigerate at least 8 hours for flavors to marry.
