1Mix together cream cheese and sour cream, chopped onion, chopped ham and garlic powder.
2Put into greased casserole dish.
3Top with chopped pecans, butter (melted), and worcestershire sauce.
4Bake at 350 until bubbly.

Being a city girl from the north, I am not sure what "country Ham" is.

It's a salt-cured, hardwood or hickory smoked ham that is very popular in the southern states. Because of the way they are cured, they are usually sold unrefrigerated either whole or vaccum packed. I always soak mine in water to remove much of the salt. "Red-eye" gravy made from this ham is delicious with biscuits - I guess it's one of those southern things.
