Slice beef lunch meat into about 1/2 inch pieces. Same with green onions. Mix all ingredients together. You cand use a mold to make it look fancier or just serve from a bowl. To add to mold just layer mold with plastic wrap. then add the dip to it, press into mold then refridgerate for an hour..remove from mold. Serve with Ritz crackers or on celery..
