Personally, I don't know if I made this up or if it's a recipe I got from somewhere else. All I know, it's yummy, cheesy goodness!

refried beans
1 jar

taco sauce, heat to your liking
1 c

mozzarella cheese, low-fat
4 wedges

the laughing cow light swiss cheese, room temperature

How To Make cheesy bean dip

In a microwave safe medium bowl, combine beans & sauce; mix well. Add cheese; mix well. Microwave about 3 - 5 minutes (watching carefully) until cheese is melted. Stir & serve with chips. NOTE: For those who don't like swiss cheese...the laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges don't really taste like swiss cheese (I don't like swiss - but I love this stuff). It's simular to cream cheese, but slightly different. Try it, you'll like it!
