Cheddar Cheese Beer Dipping Sauce

your favorite beer
cheddar cheese, shredded
ground black pepper
Add the beer to a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil.
Toss the flour with the cheese. Toss in some salt and pepper.
Once the beer is boiling, add the cheese and flour mixture, dial down the heat, and stir constantly.
Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Then remove from heat and put it into a serving bowl.
