Cheddar Cheese Beer Dipping Sauce

your favorite beer
cheddar cheese, shredded
ground black pepper
1Add the beer to a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil.
2Toss the flour with the cheese. Toss in some salt and pepper.
3Once the beer is boiling, add the cheese and flour mixture, dial down the heat, and stir constantly.
4Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
5Then remove from heat and put it into a serving bowl.
