My mom has made this dip for years and years. I love it and know you will enjoy it too. You can find caramel extract in the spice section at the grocery store. I use Watkins brand and it is the best!

Ingredients For caramel apple dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese(softened)
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar(light or dark)
  • 1/2 tsp
    caramel extract/flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    crushed peanuts(use for topping)
  • 4-6
    sliced apples of your choice(granny smith is my fave)

How To Make caramel apple dip

  • 1
    Put first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for two minutes or until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

    Place in serving dish and refrigerate for at least three hours or preferably overnight.

    Sprinkle with peanuts right before serving with sliced apples.
