Buffalo Chicken Dip

This comes from a woman in our Corvette Club. We can't wait for her to arrive at a Club potluck, we know she'll bring this dip. Great with crackers or crusty bread.

Ingredients

1 pkg
cream cheese, softened
2-3
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bottle
texas pete hot sauce (6 oz)
1 jar(s)
marie's blue cheese dressing
1 pkg
shredded monterrey jack cheese (large size)

Step-By-Step

1Spread cream cheese in the bottom of an 8 x 8 glass baking dish

2Spread shredded chicken all over the creamed cheese, covering completely

3Shake the hot sauce and pour over the chicken to taste (I use an entire bottle, but I like things spicy)

4Cover with Blue Cheese dressing and top with cheese

5Bake in a 325 degree oven until bubbly. About 20 minutes.

6Serve with corn chips, Tostitos, or crusty bread.
