Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese. Pour into a 9"X13" baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Can be served with nacho chips, celery or flavored crackers.
