cheez whiz
2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
broccoli crowns
1/2 c
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1 tsp
crushed red pepper
1 pkg
italian dressing mix
1 pkg
shredded cheddar cheese


1Steam the broccoli with the italian dressing package. *DON'T OVER-COOK* (I prefer to leave the stems out, but if you put them in, chop them smaller.)
2In a medium sauce pan melt down the cream cheese with the mayo and cheez whiz. Be sure to constantly stir on low to medium heat, the cheez will burn if you leave it unattended.
3Add the dry ingredients and the italian seasoned broccoli.
4Put it in an oven safe dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bring it to a bubbling hotness and serve with bread or chips!!
