I had never had this until i moved out to east Texas. It is a staple at any good cajun cookout. Try this as a dipper at your next crawfish boil. Aaaiiiiyeeeee!

Ingredients For boudreaux's dippin sauce

  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce

How To Make boudreaux's dippin sauce

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust heat level by altering quantity of horseradish and pepper sauce if you must.
