Black Bean Hummus

|2 clove||garlic, chopped|
|3 Tbsp||olive oil or sesame tahini|
|2 Tbsp||lime juice, fresh|
|2 Tbsp||white wine vinegar|
|1/2 tsp||ground cumin|
|1/2 tsp||ground coriander|
|1/4 to 1/2 tsp||sea salt, or to taste|
|1/2 tsp||fresh ground black pepper|
|2/3 c||plain greek yogurt|
|2 Tbsp||snipped coriander leaves|
|2 Tbsp||finely chopped green onions|
|1/2 tsp||lime juice, optional|

I have friends who are not very fond of garbanzo beans, so I enjoy the challenge of finding things they do like. This one is a favorite with work group lunches, and I usually serve with my Baked Pita Triangles.
Place hummus ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor. Process until very smooth. Spoon into a serving dish.
Stir together the topping ingredients. Spoon in dollops over the hummus. (Topping is optional, but we like it because it adds a fresh flavor.)
Serve with pita bread chips or Baked Pita Triangles. Also good with celery, carrot, and bell pepper strips.
