| 2 clove | garlic, chopped |
| 3 Tbsp | olive oil or sesame tahini |
| 2 Tbsp | lime juice, fresh |
| 2 Tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cumin |
| 1/2 tsp | ground coriander |
| 1/4 to 1/2 tsp | sea salt, or to taste |
| 1/2 tsp | fresh ground black pepper |
| TOPPING | |
| 2/3 c | plain greek yogurt |
| 2 Tbsp | snipped coriander leaves |
| 2 Tbsp | finely chopped green onions |
| 1/2 tsp | lime juice, optional |

Directions
Place hummus ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor. Process until very smooth. Spoon into a serving dish.Stir together the topping ingredients. Spoon in dollops over the hummus. (Topping is optional, but we like it because it adds a fresh flavor.)Serve with pita bread chips or Baked Pita Triangles. Also good with celery, carrot, and bell pepper strips.
