Barb's Story

I had tried some crab dip from our local deli grocery and I decided to make it from scratch, everyone who trys it loves it and wants the recipe.


1 1/2 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
1 tsp
dijon mustard
2 c
shreaded cheddar cheese
2 small
green onions - chopped
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 pkg
crab delights - chop in chunks

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all together in a large bowl & enjoy with crakers or cocktail breads.. Super easy & YUMMY!

    Hi Barb, This sounds really good and I want to try it, but I don't know what "crab delights" is. What size package does this come packed in? Thanks, Caroline

    Hi Caroline, Crab delights are artifical crab meat. See this webpage for more info. I am sure you could use real crab from your local deli if you wish.

    Hi and Thanks for your answer. I tried this using the imitation crab meat and it was a hit with my family. I'm sure it will become a "regular" at my house. Some day (when I make my first $million) I will try it with "real" crab, but I don't think it can get much better than it already is.

    Thanks Caroline - I am so glad that you tried this recipe and it was liked by all. I know everyone at my house loves this dip too. I have never made it with the real crab either - I havent made them millions either so I guess the imitation will have to do. :)
