I serve this at every gathering I host. It makes more than enough for a 2-qt slow cooker, which I keep it in to keep the dip warm.

Ingredients

1 lb
velveeta
1 jar(s)
salsa, chunky
1 lb
each, ground beef and pork sausage

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef and sausage together in a large pan.

2While your meat is browning, cut Velveeta into cubes (however small you like). This will help with melting into the meat.

3Drain fat from ground beef/sausage. Return to medium heat and add Velveeta, cubed. Once melted and mixed together, add the jar of salsa and heat thoroughly.

4Serve with Fritos corn chips or sturdy tortilla chips.
