Ingredients For baked seafood fondue

  • 1 lb
    lump crabmeat, shells removed
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked salad shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 c
    grated comte cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated emmenthaler cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    dry white wine
  • 1/2 bunch
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • freshly ground black pepper

How To Make baked seafood fondue

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Combine all of the ingredients except crab and shrimp in a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in crab and shrimp; cook for another few minutes. Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking pan or souffle pan.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown.

    Serve hot with sliced French baguette or crackers. Keep warm with a chafing dish.
