Baked artichoke & feta dip
I serve this dip w/ pita chips.

- 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1/4 c
- reduced-fat grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp
- minced garlic
- 1 small
- red bell pepper, chopped
- 3.5 oz pkg reduced-fat feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp
- sliced black olives
1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3-cup casserole dish w/ cooking spray.
2In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well. Spread mix in casserole dish. Top w/ peppers and feta cheese. Bake 20 mins. Top w/ olives.
