Awesome Poultry/Fish Dipping Sauce

Andy Anderson !

By
@ThePretentiousWichitaChef

This is an excellent dipping sauce for foods such as: chicken strips, and fish fingers. The dill and the lemon juice make an excellent compliment to the mayonnaise and mustard, and make a tangy sauce that doesn’t overpower the food it’s dipped into.

Andy’s Rule: A sauce should never overpower the main ingredient.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
