Ingredients

1 lb
fresh tomatillos
3 clove
fresh garlic
2
avocados
1
limes juiced
2 tsp
kosher salt
2
jalapenos, fresh (seeded)
1 1/2 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/2
red onion

Step-By-Step

1Remove outer skin from tomatillos and quarter
Add to blender
2Add red onion to blender
3Add jalapenos
4add peeled garlic cloves
5add cilantro to blender
6add salt to blender
7add lime juice
8and lastly add the avocado
9blend until smooth. adjust salt and heat as desired
Allow it to chill for 2 hrs to thicken. Can be stored up to 1 week in fridge. Serve with chips, veggies or as a topping for burgers, chicken, etc.
