Ingredients

1 lb
fresh tomatillos
3 clove
fresh garlic

avocados
1
limes juiced
2 tsp
kosher salt

jalapenos, fresh (seeded)
1 1/2 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/2
red onion

Directions Step-By-Step

Remove outer skin from tomatillos and quarter
Add to blender

Add red onion to blender

Add jalapenos

add peeled garlic cloves

add cilantro to blender

add salt to blender

add lime juice

and lastly add the avocado

blend until smooth. adjust salt and heat as desired
Allow it to chill for 2 hrs to thicken. Can be stored up to 1 week in fridge. Serve with chips, veggies or as a topping for burgers, chicken, etc.
