Ingredients

4 oz
fresh goat cheese chevre, room temperature
15 oz
whole milk ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/2 tsp
ground white pepper
1 tsp
dried garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp
dried onion powder
1/2 tsp
minced fresh thyme leaves
1 Tbsp
finely minced baby chives

Step-By-Step

1Place ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until completely combined, light and fluffy. About 1 minute.

2Turn mixer on low and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme and baby chives. Scrape down sides when needed to mix thoroughly.

3Place in serving bowl or individual ramekins, chill for at least 30 minutes & garnish with a bit of minced baby chives or chopped flat leaf parsley. Enjoy!
