1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1/2 box frozen spinach, thawed, water squeezed out
1 can(s) artichoke hearts, chopped
1 1/2 c parmesan cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, place in a small greased casserole dish, and put in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with pita or tortilla chips. Delicious!!

I haven't tried this recipe on my own, but since Sandy is my mother-in-law, I can usually count on this amazingly delicious dish at all the gatherings! I'm so blessed! :)
