Wherever I take this dip, it disappears in a matter of minutes!

I find that making it in the crock pot is easiest for me but you can also make in microwave or oven. You can also use the low-fat versions of sour cream and cream cheese and the recipe tastes just as good.

cream cheese
8 oz
sour cream
2 c
shredded parmesan
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 clove
garlic, chopped
1 pkg
feta cheese (tomato basil)
1/4 c
frozen spinach
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a small crock pot (1.5 qt) add all ingredients, except spinach, and let melt together for about an hour.
Then add spinach. (I buy a bag of frozen, chopped spinach and keep it in the freezer. It's easier to use than the brick of frozen spinach.)
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
