Ingredients

1 12-oz pkg
semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c
whipping cream
1/2 c
cold strong coffee
1 tsp
instant espresso or instant coffee (dry)

Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.

Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

To Refrigerate:
Cover sauce tightly and refrigerate no longer than 1 month.
