Ingredients

8 oz
unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
1 c
light agave nectar
3/4 c
heavy cream
1 Tbsp
unsalted butter
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Combine chocolate, agave and cream in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.

2Stir in the butter and vanilla.

3Use to spread while slightly warm, and the consistency of hot fudge sauce.
