Ingredients For zumba mediterranean tuna salad

1 - 3 oz. cantuna, packed in water

4kalamata olives, chopped

2 Tbspcarrot, chopped

2 Tbspcelery, chopped

2 Tbspfeta cheese, crumbled

1/2 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspbalsamic vinegar
-
pepper, to taste
-
1whole wheat pita
-
2romaine lettuce leaves
-
2 thin slicetomato
How To Make zumba mediterranean tuna salad

1Combine 1st 7 ingredients & season with pepper. Cut pita down the center so there are 2 - 1/2's. Split each 1/2 open & place 1 lettuce leaf & 1 slice of tomato in the bottom of the pita pocket. Place 1/2 the tuna mixture inside each pita pocket.
