I went to make it but found I didn't have all the right things, so I changed a couple of bits and it doesn't taste too bad actually. Something different to have for dinner!!

Ingredients

1/2
chopped onion
1 tsp
fruit juice

carrot, grated

celery, finely chopped

hard boiled egg, diced
salad cream - enough to bind it altogether
1 can(s)
tuna chunks
1 pinch
salt
fresh ground pepper (to taste)
maggi spicy chilli sauce (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Put the chopped onion and fruit juice in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 25 seconds, just to soften the onions.

Combine with the remaining ingredients until well incorporated.

Good filling to a sandwich or a wrap, or as a side on a salad!
