- chopped onion
- 1 tsp
- fruit juice
- carrot, grated
- celery, finely chopped
- hard boiled egg, diced
- salad cream - enough to bind it altogether

- tuna chunks
- 1 pinch
- fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- maggi spicy chilli sauce (optional)
1Put the chopped onion and fruit juice in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 25 seconds, just to soften the onions.
2Combine with the remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
3Good filling to a sandwich or a wrap, or as a side on a salad!
